2.) I noticed your prices are higher then any other Detail Shop in Butte, Why?      The question you should be asking is “why are their prices lower then Next Generation’s”? We set the standard for what  Auto Detailing is at for pricing. Other companies look at this and because they can’t meet this standard lower the price to get this work. Its very simple, if you can’t meet what the best companies can, lower your price.

3.) I saw your videos on Ceramic Coating, what is it and do you offer a warranty for this product?    Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to your clear coat and dries to either a glass or a quartz. I have two different options with Ceramic Coating. If you choose Gyeon Quartz C2 I offer a 3 year warranty. If you choose Ceramic Pro, I can offer a 10 year warranty.  It gets sold to me as a lifetime warranty but I can only offer what I know works. I have had Ceramic Pro on my vehicle for 3 years and all the properties (Durability/Gloss/Beading/Hardness/Self Cleaning) are still going strong.

4.) I have scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle detailed, what should I do before I take my car in?     All personal belongings need to be removed from the vehicle. This helps us get a more through cleaning in your vehicle and prevents items from getting lost or damaged. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged.

5.)  Do you do scratch removal? Do you do you anything to protect the paint?     Yes, a general rule of thumb is if you can get your fingernail in the scratch it can not be removed. I do however can work magic on your paint thru one, two, or a three step paint correction. From there I have different sealants and waxes that I have found thru trail and error that will work absolutely amazing to protect your vehicle.

6.) I got your packages with the wax. Is it safe to take it through a car wash?     No. Wax and Sealants added to your car are meant for protection, gloss, and hydrophobicity. Wax/Sealants will not come off with H2O. In fact, one of the benefits of wax and sealants is you can clean your car back to perfection in less then 5 minutes using just water and a soft microfiber drying towel. When you go thru a car wash however, the wash drips chemicals onto your car which does remove your top coat… aka don’t do it, your throwing away a lot of money.
